TERMS OF BUSINESS

Payment: Cash, Travellers cheques, Bankers draft, Bankers Cheque with Order or direct transfer by Swift or other means. Overseas customers please use GBP Sterling currency cheque payable against any UK named Bank. Payments in cash can also be made in dollars US, Sterling or equivalent Euros. It is advisable to send any cash payment by registered mail. All Items will normally be shipped by mail using Royal Mail Parcelforce or standard Air Parcel Post. Limit is 20KGS maximum per each individual package. Insurance is extra at cost. Insured items overseas will be shipped Datapost or International standard with Insurance whichever is the most economical.

Please note that Insurance will be added on request or in the case of payment by credit card automatically.

Orders under £100 will incur 5% packing fee. Post or freight at cost. Orders over £250.00 Inland FOC. Orders over £600.00 Overseas to Mainland Europe FOC. Other countries at cost. Items over 20 KGs can be shipped by Air, Road or Rail. Insurance charged extra at cost. Free postage offers are UK orders only and cover standard postage only.

Delivery 10-14 days from date of receipt of payment.

Returns:
Refunds will be given in the appropriate circumstances, Distance Selling customer cancellation rights will end seven working days after the day on which you received the goods.No refunds will be issued for items, which are received or returned damaged. or in an unsaleable condition. Overseas customers please add £12.00 for clearance of foreign cheques, drafts or money orders.

Items that are hand made (most of our wooden products) will incur a 25% re-stocking fee due to the nature of their preperation and the time and materials involved.
